All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing the order, as once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Jester Laughs LTD will replace all products which are defective or damaged during shipping. please contact us and we will provide a return address.

Replacements can only be requested for defective and damaged goods within 30 days from delivery, however proof will be required.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
