Very Sad news Disney Fans, Disney has confirmed that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will not be returning in 2021 in Orlando Florida and will be replaced by “Disney Very Merriest After Hours”, which will debut on November 8 and take place on select nights at the Magic Kingdom through December 21.
Much like other upcharge experiences, this event will allow guests to experience the Magic Kingdom from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM on select nights, with event guests able to enter at 7:00 PM. However, unlike the Halloween-themed Disney After Hours Boo Bash, there will be a decent amount of exclusive entertainment, including the return of “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks”, as well as special Disney character experiences, holiday-themed attraction overlays and more. The Cinderella Castle Dream Lights will not be a part of this celebration.
We believe Cinderella Castle will not include Dream Lights this year because currently the castle is decorated with 50th anniversary attire, will they return in 2022? Doubtful due to the length of the 50th Anniversary celebrations.
Tickets go on sale in August and prices are expected to be around the same price as this years different Halloween Event which is £100 - £200 per person depending on dates.
